I am jetlagged like a mofo and trying to get things done in Ottawa, Ontario, but my brain feels like sludge. The amount of work awaiting me when I return to Newfoundland is overwhelming. I just want to crawl under a rock and sleep forever.

But I had to share this photo with you, from Banff National Park. The Bow Glacier is located to the right of these mountains, but the lake made me so happy.
