Hi Candice – I’ve been running Dave’s Travel Corner for the past almost 14 years, http://www.davestravelcorner.com and I was wondering if you have some time to check my site out and like what you see, perhaps you could add a link back on your
links page. I have already added your site under my Resources >> Blogs of Travel section.
Thanks
Regards,

Candice,
Just got around to seeing your mention of Dog Meets World…thank you. Would love to have you join the ranks of phodographers when you travel in areas of need in the world. Pictures today from Thailand! I’d love to send you some more info if you’re interested. I think diplomacy is everyone’s responsibility and DMW is voluntourism at its most basic level….
DMW believes that each single shared photograph
creates a cultural connection and an indelible affirmation that is
left behind as a personal artifact and a tiny seed of peace.

Hi Candice,
If you ever decide to write a piece on travel to Saint Petersburg, Russia — or about the practice of hiring a private guide to explore a city, I would be happy to try to help you come up with some material.
In early 2002 I started up this tourist guide service in Saint Petersburg. And I just launched my new updated website: http://www.VisitSaintPetersburg.com
We mostly serve the independent traveler. It’s a fascinating city to explore, and it has changed tremendously for the better in the past few years.

Candice, just came across the National Post article from June where you commented about going on the Canadian Club adventure. My name is Ian Bailey, from St. John’s, and if you go to http://www.hideacase.com you will see there are only 15 contestants from across Canada remaining in the online voting contest. I am the only one from Newfoundland who has made it this far and also the only Atlantic Canadian remaining in the contest too. Contest online voting ends Sept 30th and love for you to sign up and vote daily for me and if possible spread the word to as many people as possible, being an online voting contest and from st. john’s I need all the help I can get with online voting. If you wish to say hi my email is ian.bailey@nf.aibn.com Regards, Ian Bailey

Hi Candice,
Hope you’re having a blast this 2011!!!
Thank you for supporting my blog, flipnomad.com in the past year. I enjoyed doing it a lot. I enjoyed this blogging thingy so much that I’ve decided to do this full time.
I have another project coming up and I’d like to ask your support as well by adding it in your blogrolls. It would be very much appreciated too if you could follow it on twitter and on facebook too. Btw, I already added you in the blogroll of Philippine Travel Forum.
My new project is http://philippinetravelforum.com. My vision is to create a community about travelling in the Philippines. Sadly, when you think of Southeast Asia, seldom will it crosses someone’s mind about the Philippines and hopefully this community can help spread the word about Philippine tourism to local and foreign travellers alike.
Thank you very much for your kind support.
